Orders:

Orders received before 12pm will normally be dispatched within 24/48hrs, providing the item is in stock.
Orders received after 12pm will either be dispatched same/next day providing the item is in stock.
However, if ordering is urgent please ring 07810 300804 and we will try to help you..

Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch goods paid by Papal within 24/48hrs, providing the item is in stock.  Some deliveries may require a signature on receipt.

Postage Delays:

Delays in posting is likely when there are Public Holidays, Strikes and particularly Busy Periods.

Orders under £6.00, P & P £2.25
Orders over £6.00, P & P £3.25

The current postage costs relate to the UK only. Orders for Northern
Ireland, Europe and other countries will be charged by item weight.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched and will be given a full refund.

Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days. It must be in its original condition and packaging. Should and item arrive damaged, please keep the item, invoice note & original packing as Royal Mail may request proof of damage. A full refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is specified, resulting in failed delivery, redelivery can be arranged (subject to a redelivery cost) or a refund can be issued less delivery costs. Where goods are faulty postage costs will be refunded.
