Orders:
Orders received before 12pm will be dispatched the same day providing the item is in stock. Orders received after 12pm will either be dispatched same/next day providing the item is in stock. However, if ordering is urgent please ring 07810 300804 and we will be able to help you.
Dispatch:
We aim to dispatch goods paid by paypal on the same day as receipt of order and no later than next day providing items are in stock. Some deliveries may require a signature on receipt.

Orders over £6.00, P & P £3.25
Orders over £9.00, P & P £3.50

Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched and will be given a full refund.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days. It must be in its original condition and packaging. Should and item arrive damaged, please keep the item, invoice note & original packing as Royal Mail may request proof of damage. A full refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is specified, resulting in failed delivery, redelivery can be arranged (subject to a redelivery cost) or a refund can be issued less delivery costs. Where goods are faulty postage costs will be refunded.
