Orders:

Orders received after 12pm will either be dispatched same/next day providing the item is in stock.
However, if ordering is urgent please ring 07711168588 and we will try to help you..

Royal Mail Delivery

Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch goods paid by Papal within 24/48hrs(courier pick up) providing the item is in stock.  Some deliveries may require a signature on receipt.

Special Deliveries:

DELIVERIES UK MAINLAND ONLY - Must Have A Postcode
Hermes DeliveryRequests For Urgent Delivery UK Mainland Is Available With Most Orders & Will Be Charged According To Weight.
Dispatch Will Be Via Courier Service Or Royal Mail.

Please note that although we can go through Courier & Post Office Procedure for next day delivery we cannot guarantee that the either service will live up to it's promise

Postage Delays:

Delays in posting is likely when there are Public Holidays, Strikes and particularly Busy Periods.

Orders under £6.00, P & P £2.50
Orders over   £6.00, P & P £3.50
Orders over   £9.00, P & P £3.99
Orders over £13.00, P & P £4.50
Orders over £25.00 £4.99

The current postage costs relate to the UK Mainland only. Orders for Highland and Islands & Northern Ireland will cost more. A request for additional postage will come via Paypal.Larger orders that claim a discount will have additional postage costs.


Cancellation: 

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched and will be given a full refund.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days. It must be in its original condition and packaging. Should and item arrive damaged, please keep the item, invoice note & original packing as Hermes Courier will request proof of damage. A full refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase.
Goods returned for reason other than fault or damage will be refunded less the cost of delivery.

Returning items: Please send us an email requesting a returns lable. Any returns sent without this lable will be at your own expense. 


If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is specified, resulting in failed delivery, redelivery can be arranged (subject to a redelivery cost) or a refund can be issued less delivery costs. Where goods are faulty postage costs will be refunded.

Safe Shopping: 

Every transaction is 100% safe. We use Pay Pal which is a secure payment site.

Damaged items

If your item should arrive damaged please contact us within 2 working days. We require photographic proof of the damaged item, once received we will send a replacement or refund the full cost.
In some cases we may require the item to be returned to us (we will let you know) In these cases we will fully refund the return post cost (Royal Mail 2nd Class) Please enclose a copy of the invoice in with the parcel and a brief note explaining why it has been returned. Upon receipt of the item we will send a replacement or refund.

Unwanted items

If you receive your item and have changed your mind we are happy to take it back as long as it is in it's original condition with all it's original packaging. Please repack and post back to us. Upon receipt we will credit the items cost back to your original payment method. Please
enclose a copy of the invoice in with the parcel and a brief note explaining why it has been returned. We recommend all items being returned are sent via recorded delivery so that they are trackable.

Delivery Address

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is specified, resulting the item being returned to us, redelivery can be arranged (subject to a redelivery cost) or a refund can be issued less delivery costs.
In such cases as the item is deemed lost in transit due to the incorrect or incomplete delivery address specified no refund is required. Additionally, further postage costs may be incurred.
